Learning to Trust

It’s 100% possible to be a joyless, hopeless Christian.

How do I know? Because for much of my spiritual journey, I was one. It happens when we understand the truth of the Gospel in our minds, but fail to understand the practical application of Christ’s work in our day-to-day life.

The deep wounds I experienced as a child made it unbelievably difficult to trust that God was good and that He actually wanted a relationship with me. It’s been a long road, but I can now say with confidence that God not only loves you, but He likes you - and can redeem the overwhelming amount of shame you carry every day. I know because He is doing this work in me.

Join me in this episode as I share how I’ve wrestled with my faith over the years. In the process, I discovered the courage to ask God some hard questions and to my surprise, He answered. I created this podcast because I believe that God wants to answer you too if you’re brave enough to ask your questions
