The Role of Emotions On the Healing Journey
In this week’s episode, we dive deep into the personal journey of emotional healing and growth. I’ll share my story of feeling overwhelmed by emotions that seemed stronger than I was—how they once felt out of control, leaving me reactive and stuck in fear and shame. Through the healing power of God, I learned how to regulate my emotions and connect with them beyond anger.
We’ll also explore the vital process of understanding emotions as gifts from God and how the Holy Spirit helped me mature emotionally. I’ll also discuss the pivotal moments when I learned to lean on God's truth rather than be ruled by the powerful emotions of shame, sorrow, and fear.
If you're struggling to manage your emotions or seeking emotional maturity in your spiritual journey, this episode will offer hope, insight, and encouragement.
